There is something special about October at OPA-SOC. The excitement of the first few weeks of school has settled into the rhythms and routines of a new year, and everywhere I look, I can see our Champions growing.
Classrooms have become communities. Students are becoming more confident, taking on new challenges, building friendships, and discovering what they are capable of. Our professors are getting to know their students as learners and as individuals, and together we are continuing to build a school where every child feels challenged, supported, and known.
October is also a wonderful reminder that being a Champion is about much more than academic success. It is about how we communicate, collaborate, show compassion, solve problems, and contribute to the community around us. Those moments happen every day at OPA-SOC, often in ways that may seem small but make a tremendous difference.
As we move further into the school year, I am excited about what is ahead and grateful for the families, staff, and students who make OPA-SOC such a special place to learn and grow.
