Saturday, October 29th, 2022, our Marching Champions band and color guard will be performing for the Anaheim Halloween Parade.  Here is the general information for the parade.  We will be having a more detailed email going out with more information once we receive back the RSVPs.

Schedule:

This is an evening parade.  In order to avoid road closures and delays, we will be meeting at school during the afternoon, traveling to Anaheim, having a picnic lunch, quick practice, and then march the parade.  We know it is a long day but it is the only way to avoid road closures and ensure our Champions have the safest and most rewarding experience possible.

Call-Time- 12:30PM

At Oxford Prep SOC Campus

Parade Step-off- 7:00PM

Arrive Back at OPA SOC- Between 8:30pm and 9:00pm

RSVP:

In order to best plan this parade so our Champions can have the best possible time, and make it as smooth-running as possible, we are asking for everyone to RSVP so we can get an accurate headcount of who is participating.  This will be required for all participating Champions.

All further details and parade information including the permission slip will only be emailed to those who RSVPd.

Transportation:

For the parade, we will be traveling using a chartered bus to and from campus.  In order to help make this parade possible, we are asking for a voluntary donation of $25 per child to help cover the transportation cost.

A separate email will be going out with information on how to help support our trip.
