Please talk with your child about each of the statements. Answer questions based on truths and not what you think I am looking for. Each child is different and we embrace that at OPA. If your child does not understand a statement, feel free to give them examples. After the statements are tallied up, please put the totals on the second tab. Directions are included on the sheet.
